4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
  • Violate any third-party rights or intellectual property
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Submit adult, violent, or offensive content
  • Manipulate or game the backlink verification system

5. Backlink Requirements

To maintain active backlinks, you must:

  • Keep our verification code embedded on your website
  • Maintain a publicly accessible website
  • Not use cloaking or deceptive redirect techniques
  • Ensure your website complies with our content guidelines
  • Allow our crawlers to access your verification code

We reserve the right to deactivate backlinks that violate these requirements or our automated systems detect removal of verification codes.

6. Subscription Plans & Payments

Free Plan

Our free plan includes limited backlinks and basic features. We may limit or modify free plan features at our discretion.

Premium Plans

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PakSurf and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your website content but grant us a limited license to display your site information in our directory and verify backlink placement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Backlinks will improve your search engine rankings
  • Third-party websites will maintain your backlinks
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAKSURF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
